CAN is powered by the Cincinnati Regional Chamber and supported by the Haile Foundation. We’re here to connect and uplift independent artists and creatives across Greater Cincinnati by offering resources, visibility, and opportunities for paid work.
By Creating a Profile or Using This Site, You Agree To:
- Be honest about who you are and what you do.
- Treat others with respect and professionalism, both on and off the platform.
- Only upload work you created or have permission to share.
- Keep your profile updated and accurate.
- Respond to inquiries in a timely, respectful manner.
- Follow all applicable laws and regulations when using this site.
Content, Liability, and Copyright
- CAN does not guarantee job placements, endorsements, or business outcomes.
- We do not verify licenses or legal eligibility to work—please conduct your own due diligence when hiring or collaborating.
- All content is provided “as is.” We are not liable for inaccuracies, outdated information, or third-party links.
- By submitting content (photos, videos, artwork, etc.), you give CAN and its partners permission to display and share that content to promote your work and the platform.
- If someone else's content appears on this site in error, or if you're concerned about IP or copyright violations, please contact us at hello@tethercincinnati.com.
Behavior That’s Not OK:
- Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior.
- Sharing misleading, stolen, or plagiarized content.
- Spamming artists or partners with irrelevant requests or promotions.
- Using the platform for anything illegal or harmful.
Violations may result in removal of your profile or content, and in some cases, being permanently banned from the platform.
Membership Approval
All artist profiles are reviewed before going live. If we need more info or suggest updates to your submission, we’ll reach out using the email associated with your account. CAN reserves the right to approve or deny any profile in alignment with our mission and values. If your profile is denied, you may reapply after addressing any required changes.
Privacy & Security
We respect your privacy. See our Privacy Policy to learn how we handle your data. You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your login information.
Disputes & Liability
- CAN is a connector, not a mediator. Disputes between users must be handled independently.
- CAN, the Chamber, and their affiliates are not liable for any damages, financial or otherwise, resulting from use of this platform.
- Use of this site is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
